Mother's Day Brunch Raspberry Mimosa Recipe!

Our signature Raspberry Mimosa is a lovely addition to brunch or any girls night function! This simple four ingredient cocktail is sure to please and can be served in a variety of glassware. 

 

What you need:

Champagne flutes or other pretty glassware, chilled

Melon baller or small ice cream scoop

 

Ingredients:

1 small scoop of Raspberry Sorbet

1/2 ounce of Chambord raspberry liqueur 

5 - 7 ounces of JP Chenet Brut sparkling wine, chilled

Fresh Raspberries

 

Select your favorite flute or glassware and chill prior to making your cocktails.

Next, using a melon baller or small ice cream scoop, place a scoop of raspberry sorbet in the bottom of your chilled glass. Pour 1/2 ounce of Chambord raspberry liqueur on top of the sorbet. Slowly fill glass with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh raspberries. ENJOY!!
